Learn to model and apply modern psychological principles from a Christian perspective within a variety of professional paths in the discipline.

Mississippi College offers both a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in psychology. Each major meets regularly with an academic advisor in the Department of Psychology.

Small class sizes ensure that psychology majors get one-on-one attention from instructors — the average lecture is limited to 25 students.

Bachelor of Science

A student electing the Bachelor of Science degree must take an additional 6 hours of electives in psychology for a total of 40 semester hours in psychology. 

Bachelor of Arts

The student electing the Bachelor of Arts degree must take 34 hours of psychology courses and 12 hours of modern language.
